Hello! I am Hernán, welcome to my personal website [in construction].

I am a first year PhD student at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a visiting graduate student at Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares (ININ), working with Mariana Vargas-Magaña, Alejandro Aviles and Sebastien Fromenteau in theoretical and observational cosmology. Much of my research focuses on modeling cosmological observables of the Large Scale Structure (LSS) of the Universe, and on extracting valuable information from the galaxy surveys such as DESI and LSST (of which I am an active member) to constrain fundamental physics.

I am the author of FOLPSν, which is a fast Python code that computes the galaxy redshift space power spectrum for cosmologies containing massive neutrinos.

My publications and curriculum can be found on arXiv and CV.
